Who we are
Napa Christmas Lights is a holiday lighting installation service operating in Napa County, Solano County and Sonoma Valley, California. You can reach us by phone or text at (707) 343-4469.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what we need to quote and schedule work:
- Your name, phone number and email address — including the number you call or text us from
- The property address or street where work would be done
- Property details you tell us — roof type, what you would like lit, access notes
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and pages viewed
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out work, contact you about your job during the season, and arrange takedown. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Standard message and data rates apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the business — for example with the service providers who host this website, handle our forms, or route our phone calls. If we ever pass your inquiry to another lighting company because we cannot take the work ourselves, we will tell you first and ask you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the cookies it needs to work, plus Google Analytics 4 so we can see how people find and use the site — which pages get read, which towns visitors come from, and whether a visit ends in a quote request. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes that data on our behalf. It is measurement, not advertising: we do not run advertising trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell what we learn.

How long we keep it
Inquiry and customer records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal obligations, then deleted.
